The mission of the Gunnison Valley Rural Transportation Authority is to provide and improve air transportation to and from the Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport on a year-round basis, and to develop a long term and energy efficient public ground transportation system within Gunnison County.

The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC) is served year round by United Express with daily flights from Denver International Airport. In winter, GUC is served by United Express and American Airlines. For more information, visit our air service page.

Traveling to and from our local airport is convenient and hassle-free. Boarding time and security checks are quick and efficient and short/long term parking is just a few steps away. And, transportation within the Gunnison Valley includes Alpine Express Shuttle, Hertz, Avis, Budget and Dollar car rentals. This means getting around once you arrive is easy!
